It's bread reinvented, a new way to enjoy the convenience and taste of bread & pastry with 90% less carbs and loads more fibre.

*Please note that although Lo-Dough uses all certified gluten free ingredients, it does contain wheat fibre that may be unsuitable for those with severe wheat allergies. See FAQ for more information.

We've redesigned bread from the ground up to have a brand new nutritional composition. We're proud to be the first company ever to be awarded the Sugarwise Reduced Carb certification.

Made entirely with protein and fibre.

Lo-Dough is different. We use only natural protein and plant derived fibres together with a unique production process to create a product unlike anything else on the market. We don't use any artificial preservatives, flavourings or colours. Lo-Dough is suitable for vegetarians, and GMO, nut and soy free.

Water, Wheat fibre (gluten free), Dried Free Range Egg White, Stabiliser (E464), Konjac Flour, Psyllium Husk Powder, Salt. Allergens shown in bold.

We are really particular about what goes into Lo-Dough. We can assure you we only use the finest quality ingredients, all independently shown to have health benefits. However, they also contribute to making Lo-Dough more expensive for us to produce. We think it's well worth it, as we'd rather provide the best product than cut corners, always.
